Our offices and site for vehicle drop-off are open Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Payment lines are open 07:00–19:00, seven days a week.

It's simple: (1) Submit your car using our Sell My Car form. (2) Within 30 minutes we'll contact you with an offer. (3) Once accepted, your local agent arranges a removal date and time. (4) The driver arrives, payment is made, paperwork is completed, and the car is loaded. (5) Your vehicle is transferred to one of our storage depots. (6) The DVLA is notified. (7) You receive confirmation that your car has been transferred.

Your quote is valid for 20 days from the date it is issued.

Yes — we guarantee to pay the price quoted, provided the car matches the description given and is complete with no parts removed. We allow for age-related wear and tear such as minor scratches and dents. However, if the condition differs significantly from the description (for example, if the car was quoted as driving but has a gearbox fault on arrival), the quote would need to be revised.

Our preferred payment method is bank transfer, though other methods are available if required. Payment is made at the point of collection — the driver will not leave until you are happy and the payment has been confirmed.

Yes — we buy non-runners, accident-damaged vehicles, cars with engine or gearbox faults, flat batteries, and anything in between. Just let us know the condition when you submit your car and we'll bring the right equipment.
